Payments, privacy and grievances

Send refund, access, personal-data or grievance requests to the support email above. Include your account email and the relevant payment reference; do not send card details or OTPs. We aim to acknowledge within seven working days and provide a decision or status update within thirty days. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Signed-in students can also use the report action on a published test. Reports enter a review queue; submitting a report does not automatically change a published answer.
