IBPS now calls this recruitment Customer Service Associate (CSA). The 2026 notice specifies preliminary and main test sections, counts and timings, but does not provide a comprehensive chapter-by-chapter syllabus. Key rules and selection stages

Each wrong answer deducts one fourth of that question's assigned marks; blanks have no penalty. The paper's language options depend on the State/UT applied for, and English tests remain in English.
The notification does not publish a numeric 2026 cut-off in advance. Preliminary section thresholds and main section/total thresholds are decided by IBPS; main allotment is State/UT vacancy based.

How IBPS CSA cut-offs are decided
