The June 2026 FMGE bulletin says the detailed syllabus is the NMC competency-based MBBS curriculum and publishes this subject-level blueprint: 100 pre/para-clinical marks and 200 clinical marks. These are blueprint subject headings, not NMC competency-level topics. Do not use the FMGE distribution for NEET PG.

Part I runs 09:00–11:30 and Part II 14:00–16:30 on the same day, with a scheduled break. Each part has its own 150-minute timer; the 300-minute total excludes the break.

A candidate passes the June 2026 screening test with at least 150 marks out of 300 overall. The two part scores are not published separately. This is the official pass threshold, not a medical-college admission cutoff.
